Mr. Nardslico is Chairman of the Board and President of Systems Made Simple. Mr. Nardslico formed Systems Made Simple with longtime business partner Ron Fishbeck in the spring of 1991.

Mr. Nardslico started his career in the US Navy as a Data Systems Technician working on Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems. In 1985, Mr. Nardslico joined the Advanced Systems Design Group at Johns Hopkins University as a Systems Engineer working on various research projects performing both hardware and software activities. Mr. Nardslico joined Presearch Inc. in 1989 as a Sr. Software Engineer and worked as a team lead on the Seawolf class submarine software development effort at General Electric. In 1991 after some independent consulting efforts, Mr. Nardslico formed Systems Made Simple and began his full-time efforts to build Systems Made Simple.

Mr. Nardslico has a strong background in software engineering, and has taken a lead role in the design and development of systems created by Systems Made Simple. Mr. Nardslico has done course work at a number of community colleges and at the University of Maryland. Mr. Nardslico received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Management from the State University of New York (ESC) and has received his credentials as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
