Director of Human Resources
Lisa Malorzo is the Director of Human Resources for Systems Made Simple. Ms. Malorzo joined Systems Made Simple in 1997 assisting in the Sales and Marketing department. Ms. Malorzo, became a Partner in the organization in 1999, and serves as the senior manager directing the department of General Administration and Human Resources on a corporate wide basis.
Ms. Malorzo possesses over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Administration. Early in her career, Ms. Malorzo worked for a National Weight Loss Company as the Director of Sales and Customer Service in Maryland and Texas. At Systems Made Simple, she manages and directs all Administrative needs which include the development of tailored benefit programs available to all Systems Made Simple employees. She oversees and directs all decisions for Company Benefit plans, including the Company Pension Plan, Business Insurance and all Hiring Procedures.
Ms. Malorzo graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester in 1985 earning a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. In 1987 she completed her Masters of Arts from the State University of Geneseo. Ms. Malorzo has earned her Professional Human Resource certificate (PHR) and her Professional Human Resources certification in New York through the State University of New York (SUNY) system.
