We are currently seeking a talented, organized and detailed-oriented Healthcare Account Manager who will be based out of our McLean, VA office that will act as the primary sales and account management representative to the Department of Veteran Affairs. Duties: Provide quality client service by managing and maintaining current relations with the VA and other healthcare customers on a day-to-day basis. Proactively respond to customer needs and provide effective/quality, technical service to resolve issues and inquires. Drive business growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions for assigned account base that focuses on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad portfolio of services. Assist with identifying and developing strategies for large-scale opportunities in order to grow our depth and range as a Health IT company. Work with project managers and staff to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are achieved and expand the relationships within the various offices of assigned account base. Partner with operations/finance to ensure task order performance and renewals have adequate funding. Maintain collaboration with capture/proposal management to ensure the timely delivery of quality proposals for opportunities within the account. We are currently seeking an IT Data Modeler who will be involved in all aspects of developing and maintaining the logical and physical data model for operational data and the data warehouse. Duties: Develop conceptual and logical data models to meet the needs of the company's information systems. Responsible for all aspects of developing/maintaining the logical/physical data model for the data warehouse. Working knowledge of metadata and its relationship with data modeling. Ability to translate user requirements and business process knowledge into business entities, relationships, or classes. Work closely with business partners, business analysts, and developers to ensure that selected solutions satisfy the requirements. Ability to communicate clearly in writing to document data requirements and translate into technical solutions. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, including 8+ years related experience with data modeling/data architecture.
