SMS achieves CMMI Level 2 !!!

Systems Made Simple, Inc (SMS), a respected provider of information technology (IT) solutions and services to both the federal government and commercial clients has successfully demonstrated compliance to SEI CMMI® Maturity Level 2 for Development. "Achieving CMMI Level 2 is a significant accomplishment for SMS and is a reflection of our ability to optimize our software development processes," said Systems Made Simple CEO Ron Fishbeck. "This was a total team effort, and we have worked very hard for this certification which I feel is concrete evidence of our focus on quality as well as our track record of delivering results". The assessment was carried out by SCAMPI Lead Appraiser Gerard Dache of Common Sense Solutions that has conducted appraisals of many leading companies.

CMMI® is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. CMMI® helps integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes, and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes.
