Our methodology incorporates elements of industry best SDLC best practices, including the Agile methodology and the Rational Unified Process (RUP). We have refined our approach through the application of lessons learned from the development of hundreds of custom software applications and deployments. This approach allows us to leverage a proven, repeatable methodology that is familiar to our customers while benefitting from the years of production-proven experience of a custom software development company. Another feature of our IV&V Services solutions is the transparency provided through our methodology. Internal staff and customer stakeholders can easily monitor and track all elements of testing to ensure quality assurance throughout the test cycle. Our IV&V Services offering includes Development testing (including Alpha, Beta, UAT and other traditional test phases); IV&V; Test Lab implementation, operation and management.). IV&V is the systematic review of work products, deliverables, delivered software and processes to determine whether they conform to the requirements and satisfy the need of the end-user they are targeted for. As the name suggests, these activities are performed by a completely separate organization that is not involved in the implementation and rollout of the system and is also independent from the program management office. This allows the IV&V provider to function as a trusted advisor in the role of verifying the implemented system.
